Thom Tschetter - Superstar!

Thom Tschetter is a superstar and we are thrilled to have him on our team here at Elite! In addition to developing a chain of successful transmission shops in the Pacific Northwest, Thom is well known throughout the industry. He hosts a radio talk show, he is a featured speaker at many industry events, and he has helped many shop owners go right to the top! Thom truly is an industry superstar!

Thom presently lives in sunny Phoenix, Arizona!

Jim Piraino - Superstar!

Jim has owned and operated one of the most successful auto repair facilities in North America! He was voted NAPA Technician of the Year in 2002 and he has sat on many of our industry advisory panels. He has helped many of our customers take their businesses right to the top, so there is no doubt about it.  Jim Piraino truly is … an industry Superstar!

Born and raised in New York, he spent most of his life in Southern California. Today he and his wife Lisa live in Colorado where he is close by his two daughters and his wonderful grandchildren!

Douglass Kirchdorfer - Superstar!

Douglass is not only the owner of a record-setting shop, but he is also the proud recipient of the Colorado as well as International Better Business Bureau Torch Award for Market Place Ethics! His shop was also named one of the top 10 shops in America in 2006 by Motor Age Magazine! Raised in the industry, Douglass knows how to build successful businesses and he has an incredible track record to prove it! He’s bright, he successful, and we are pleased to have him on our team!

Born in New York and raised in western Massachusetts, Douglass and his wife Rebecca live in Denver, Colorado.

Jim Murphy - Superstar!

Jim has decades of experience in developing successful independent auto repair facilities and dealerships throughout all of North America! In addition to his "hands-on" experience, he has developed a reputation as being an industry-acclaimed facilitator and business-building coach, who is heralded as being second to none, industry-wide. Without question, Jim Murphy is an industry Superstar!

Born and raised in Southern CA, today Jim and his wife Sherri live in beautiful Spokane, WA.

Karen Cooper - Superstar!

Karen is not only Bob’s wife, but someone many of you are fortunate enough to know. In addition to being with Elite since the company’s inception, she is a director of Elite Worldwide, Inc. as well as an officer of the company.

Originally from Cleveland, Ohio she and Bob live in Southern California.

Lindsay Estorga - Superstar!

Lindsay truly is a star! She graduated from the prestigious Occidental College magna cum laude, and we are fortunate to have her working with us. She’s bright, she’s creative, she’s great with our customers and without question, she’s priceless to all of us.

Born and raised in Corcoran, California, Lindsay now lives with her husband Benny in San Diego, California.

Michele Reyes - Superstar!

Michele is a superstar too! She too is bright, she’s creative and she’s great with all our customers! In addition to managing special projects for us, she helps with many operational responsibilities including the management of our marketing programs and data management.

Originally from Parma Heights, Ohio, she now lives in Southern California with her husband Rick, her two dogs and her son.

Rob Withey - Superstar!

Rob is not only a remarkable asset to Elite, but he is also a director of Automatic Choice Europe Ltd, Europe’s leading supplier of automatic transmission parts. Rob is a superstar who came up through the ranks in the industry and he makes his home in England. He really is a remarkable individual so we are thrilled to have him on our team!

Fred Vendrig - Superstar!

As with our other Superstars, Fred truly is a remarkable asset to Elite. He is also the co-owner of Automatic Choice Europe BV, Europe’s leading supplier of automatic transmission parts. He brings a wealth of experiences and industry knowledge to Elite so we are very fortunate to have him on our team! Fred makes his home in the Netherlands.
